Frankly we don't know where to start with the positive experience we had working with Phil. From the very first call inquiring about the house, we knew we had found an experienced and knowledgeable partner. As this was our first time buying a home, there were steps to take and considerations we may have likely missed. But Phil was close throughout the process to answer any questions, fill in any gaps, and keep all parties on the same page with a regular flow of communication and follow up.
