Hailing from Helsinki, Finland and by way of London, Vivian is now a 30-year Scarsdale/Edgemont resident, a great enthusiast of Westchester County, and an award-winning real estate professional.
Vivian's knowledge of Westchester as a whole is uniquely wide ranging. With real estate career roots in the Rivertowns, she is a long time resident of Scarsdale and the parent of a 1999 Edgemont graduate. Joining the Scarsdale office of Julia B. Vivian began her professional career as an optometrist in London specializing in cutting edge contact lens applications. Upon moving to New York with her British husband David, she shifted course and became the financial director for a marketing cons ulting firm. The impetus to settle in a new direction one more time came to Vivian about 10 years ago when she homed in on her enthusiasm towards all things real estate.
